Registration process and fees
Water Market Europe 2020 – Digital solutions & Cyber-security has 3 types of fees and 6 types of participant’s attendance:
Early bird fee: before 07th of February 2020
Standard fee: before 13th of March 2020
Late bird fee: After 13th of March, including the day of the event

Presenting participant - Utilities and Industries
(Large water users, food & drink processing industries, utilities, etc.).
*Within the registration the Presenting participants have two mandatory fields:
- Description of The Problems (Showcase the Water sector challenges your organization faces, for Solution providers to better understand your organization's needs.)
- Kinds of Expected Solutions
*Rubric dedicated to the Problem owners, available until 02.03.2020
Fee, including VAT - Water Europe members: Early bird - 135.00 €; Standard - 180.00 €; Late bird - 225.00 €
Fee, including VAT - Water Europe non-members: Early bird - 210.00 €; Standard - 280.00 €; Late bird - 350.00 €
Attending participant: Solution provider
(Large companies and SMEs, RTOs, etc. - use and reuse of water, water recovery, digital solutions, innovative technologies)

REFUND Policy for Water Europe annual events
MEMBERS
- For cancellations requested more than 2 weeks before the event a full refund is made.
- For cancellations requested less than 2 weeks before the event, a fee of 40% of the registration fee is applied.
- There is no refund option for cancellations requested less than 5 days before the event.
NON-MEMBERS
- For cancellations requested more than 2 weeks before the event, a fee of 40% of the registration fee is applied.
- There is no refund option for cancellations requested less than 2 weeks before the event.
